Director of Channel Enablement & Expansion

About us

Cynomi is a fast-growing, Silicon Valley VC-backed cybersecurity startup. Experiencing massive growth over the past year, our SaaS product is used by hundreds of service providers worldwide.

Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.

Execution:

  • Expand and enablement that includes:
    • Establishing and nurturing relationships with key channel partners.
    • Driving the adoption of Cyber SaaS solutions through effective nurturing, enablement and training programs.
    • Developing strategies that support both SMB and Mid-Market partners effectively.
    • Building a programmatic repeatable expansion model

Strategic Enablement Leadership:

A process-oriented leader adept at designing and implementing comprehensive channel enablement programs. Must be capable of leveraging data and analytics to optimize partner engagement and performance. Experience required in: 

  • Developing training and certification programs that equip partners with the necessary knowledge and skills. 
  • Creating an expansion sales plan to align with the company’s goals and targets. 
  • Crafting compensation and incentive structures that align with company goals. 
  • Utilizing CRM and developing key business and performance metrics to track and drive partner performance, and productivity.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to reflect enablement challenges and establish a GTM plan to overcome these challenges.

Team Building & Management:

Skilled in assembling, leading, and motivating high-performing channel enablement teams. Should be proficient in: 

  • Recruiting, hiring, and training channel management and support staff. 
  • Structuring teams to effectively support and drive partner success.
  • Fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment that attracts top talent and encourages professional growth.

Past Performance:

Demonstrated success in channel management with measurable impact on business growth. Expected to have led initiatives that significantly increased partner-generated revenue and market penetration, especially in the MSP and MSSP categories. Key competencies include: 

  • Ability to manage and grow a partner pipeline, ensuring continuous engagement and progression. 
  • Experience in facilitating cross-sell and up-sell opportunities through channel networks. 
  • Known for strategic foresight and ability to mentor teams and partners towards achieving enhanced results. 
  • Customer success and enhance utilization of prior platforms. 
  • Ability to model key metrics to demonstrate customer success and enablement processes. 
  • Proven record working with MSP’s and MSSP’s.

Additional Qualifications:

Preferably has experience working with or understanding of Israeli startup ecosystems and the unique challenges they present.  

Hands-on experience with scaling and growing a business in an accelerated pace.
