About The Position
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Cynomi, you will play a critical role in our sales process, tasked with identifying and generating new business leads to fuel our growth. You will engage potential partners through a blend of outbound and inbound strategies, facilitating initial conversations that our Channel Account Managers will advance into deeper partnership discussions. This hybrid role requires presence in the office three days per week, enabling direct collaboration with our diverse and dynamic team.
In this position, you will directly contribute to the scaling of Cynomi’s operations and its strategic objectives. Your efforts in engaging potential partners will be crucial in expanding our market reach and enhancing our customer base, to continue our success in the cybersecurity sector.

Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage potential leads through a combination of cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
Lead Qualification: Conduct initial conversations to assess prospect needs and fit, utilizing training provided to effectively identify high-potential opportunities.
CRM Management: Diligently maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate tracking of leads, activities, and engagement progress.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to optimize outreach strategies and contribute to team targets.
Requirements
Experience:
- Minimum of 1 Year Prior experience in a Sales Development or similar top-of-funnel role is essential
- Familiarity with cybersecurity SaaS, MSP channel sales, or a related tech field is highly encouraged
- Proficient use of CRM tools in a sales environment.
