XCeptional
Xceptional is a technology solutions partner that has made cyber resilience a standard part of how its clients operate, embedding security into every layer of IT rather than treating it as a bolt-on service. At the core of its approach is a Virtual CISO offering that gives growing organizations executive-level security leadership without the cost of a full-time role, translating technical risk into business context through structured risk assessments, security roadmapping, policy development, and ongoing advisory support. That governance-driven model is reinforced by a security-first managed services practice, with proactive monitoring, identity and vulnerability management, and endpoint protection built into daily operations. The result is clients who move from reactive security to intentional, defensible strategies, more secure and better prepared.
Kristina Oršanić Kopić
Kristina Oršanić Kopić has spent more than two decades on the security side of banking, IT services, and telecom, taking on a CISO role in Croatia before the country had widely recognized the function. As a Cybersecurity Advisor at Combis, part of the Hrvatski Telekom and Deutsche Telekom Group, Kristina now leads work at the company’s Centre of Excellence for the Cynomi vCISO platform. She brought the vCISO service to market in Croatia in 2025 and has been integral in driving adoption of the Croatian Cybersecurity Act across Deutsche Telekom customers, turning one national transposition into a repeatable model for other markets. Much of her time goes to something with no revenue line: explaining cybersecurity to boards and small companies who have not yet decided it concerns them, and reminding them that the job is never finished.
