About The Position
As our first and only Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll take the lead in driving end-to-end recruitment for all departments, including R&D, Sales, Marketing, Product, and more, across our global locations in IL, and the US and UK. You’ll work hand-in-hand with our management team to identify and bring on board the brightest and best talent out there. This is your chance to build and shape the recruitment function from the ground up, making a direct impact on our growth and success. To excel, you’ll need to be technical, know how to discover and adopt new platforms, and have a bold, independent mindset. Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle for all technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
Collaboration with Management: Work closely with the management team to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and align recruitment strategies with business goals.
Sourcing Strategy: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent, leveraging social media, tech communities, and other platforms.
Employer Branding: Partner with marketing to enhance our employer brand, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience.
Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tech talent to support current and future hiring needs.
Process Creation: Design, document, and optimize scalable recruitment processes that will support long-term growth.
Metrics & Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, analyze performance, and use data to continuously improve the hiring process.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a tech recruiter in a startup or high-growth environment
- Excellent English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate professionally and persuasively
- Deep understanding of technical roles, technologies, and industry trends
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with a management team
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset
