Senior Revenue Operations Specialist
About The Position
We are seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to join our fast-growing B2B SaaS company. Reporting directly to the VP of Revenue Operations, this role is primarily tactical, focusing on executing day-to-day operations, managing projects, and delivering actionable insights that support the revenue teams. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sales operations, project management, analytics, and a deep understanding of HubSpot.

Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations:
- CRM Management: Maintain and manage HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, efficient workflows, and troubleshooting issues as they arise
- Sales Process Implementation: Help execute predefined sales processes and workflows, ensuring they are followed by the sales team to drive efficiency
- Pipeline Maintenance: Monitor the health of the sales pipeline, ensuring data accuracy and supporting sales leadership with regular updates
- Sales Tools Support: Manage sales enablement tools and provide hands-on support to ensure the team is equipped with what they need to succeed
Project Management :
- Operational Projects: Own and execute revenue-impacting projects such as CRM updates, process rollouts, and tool integrations, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Collaboration: Serve as the primary executor for cross-departmental initiatives involving sales, marketing, and customer success
Analytics and Reporting (Execution):
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot and other analytics tools for monitoring key metrics like pipeline health, win rates, and revenue growth
- Data Validation: Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and presented in an actionable format for leadership
- Report Generation: Create regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights that help inform decisions
HubSpot Administration:
- System Maintenance: Handle the day-to-day upkeep of HubSpot, including troubleshooting, user management, and system updates
- Workflow Automation: Build and optimize workflows and automation to improve efficiency and support operational needs
- Training: Provide hands-on training and support for end-users to ensure effective use of the CRM
Requirements
- Experience: 3-5+ years in revenue operations or sales operations within a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-On CRM Expertise: Advanced proficiency in HubSpot, with a focus on daily execution, automation, and reporting
- Tactical Focus: A proven track record of executing operational tasks and managing projects to completion
- Strong Analytics Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret data to create clear and actionable reports
- Project Management: Strong skills in managing tactical projects, meeting deadlines, and delivering results
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with multiple departments
