Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.

Job Description:

We are looking for a strong and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will take on critical tasks and lead product initiatives, with a focus on both inbound and outbound product management processes. This role requires a solid background in cybersecurity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders, including R&D, sales, and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product strategy: Conduct product and market research, discovery processes, and assumptions monitoring to identify new opportunities and drive product strategy and business decisions.
• Roadmap management: Collect, prioritize, define product features, and communicate the roadmap and future releases.
• Product Execution: Write detailed product documentation, including mockups, while translating insights into actionable features. Collaborate closely with R&D teams and other departmental leaders to align and execute product strategies.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with partners to ensure high satisfaction with our product offering and identify new directions and opportunities.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work daily with sales, professional services, business development, product marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Data Analysis: Analyze data/information and various metrics to inform product decisions and ensure the product meets market needs.
• Process Improvement: Identify gaps, build processes, and contribute to the development of the product team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8 years of experience in product management, within the cybersecurity domain, in a startup environment.
• Strong understanding of inbound and outbound product processes, UX design, and sprint management.
• Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
• A degree in Industrial Engineering and Management or Computer Science, or an alumnus of a technological unit.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with experience conducting customer interviews and managing discovery processes.
• Strong data analysis skills to inform product decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including R&D, sales, and marketing.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities.
• Proactive, highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with a serious work ethic.
