What Happens in Vegas…Becomes a Game-Changer for MSPs

I just got back from an incredible few days at Kaseya Connect in Las Vegas, and let me tell you, it was one for the books. The energy, the conversations, the insights… and yes, the booth traffic! Cynomi showed up with the “A Team” (and I don’t say that lightly), and the interest in our platform was nonstop from day one. 

We had the privilege of speaking with hundreds of MSPs and MSSPs, and one thing became crystal clear: the market is hungry for simplicity, automation, and results. Repeatedly, we heard questions like “How fast can I get started?” It’s not just about a flashy dashboard anymore. MSPs want real, automated AI-powered action plans and deliverables they can turn around for clients with minimal overhead. 

And that’s exactly what Cynomi delivers. 

Many of our conversations centered around how Cynomi helps drive predictable monthly recurring revenue. That’s music to the ears of any growth-minded MSP. One attendee summed it up perfectly: “You’re the only booth with a message I instantly understood.” That kind of feedback fuels us.
