Product Manager
About The Position
As a Product Manager at Cynomi, you will own end-to-end product development from discovery through delivery. You’ll take ownership of key product areas, work closely with our R&D team to build impactful features, collaborate cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales, and engage directly with customers to understand their needs and drive meaningful outcomes. You’ll combine strong product thinking with hands-on execution, and thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
Who We Are
Cynomi is a fast-growing, Silicon Valley VC-backed cybersecurity startup. Experiencing massive growth over the past year, our SaaS product is used by hundreds of service providers worldwide.
Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and take ownership of features, epics, and new product domains
- Own the product lifecycle from ideation, discovery, and design through development and rollout
- Become a subject matter expert and partner closely with our R&D team on feature development
- Work with the data PM to define metrics and monitor post-launch adoption and feedback for continuous iteration
- Collaborate with other product managers to share learnings and contribute to overall product strategy
- Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to deliver the best experience for our customers
- Engage closely with customers and strategic accounts for feedback, discovery, and validation
- Collect and analyze inputs to identify the highest-impact opportunities
- Understand the market and competition, and advocate for customers to shape long-term product strategy
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS growth-stage company with a track record of shipping impactful products
- Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Hands-on experience building and shipping AI-powered product features (e.g., LLM integrations) from discovery to production
- Strong analytical skills and experience using qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive decisions
- Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps and accelerate decision-making
- Experience building and communicating product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, supported by business cases, market research, and customer insights
- Strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable leading and making decisions without full consensus
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to align cross-functional teams (R&D, marketing, sales)
- Fluent English for working effectively with remote teams and US/UK customers
- Passion for building from the ground up, with a strong attention to details, UX, and design
- Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, ever-changing environment
- Experience representing the company externally (e.g., conferences), presenting product vision, and engaging with industry professionals

- Experience building and operating evaluation and monitoring for AI/LLM features in production (quality, safety, latency, cost)
