Operating across three continents, Cynomi is leading the vCISO (virtual Chief Information Security Officer) market category with rapidly growing demand for its AI-powered vCISO platform, which empowers service providers (MSPs and MSSPs) to provide high quality cybersecurity services to their customers.

Key Responsibilities

·     Build, lead, and take full end-to-end ownership of features, driving them from ideation to delivery.

·     Own all product aspects, including discovery, design, development, and rollout.

·     Become a subject matter expert while working closely with the R&D team to build impactful features.

·     Collaborate with the Data PM to plan and define metrics that monitor post-launch adoption and gather feedback for continuous iteration.

·     Interact closely with customers and strategic accounts to gather feedback and insights for design, discovery, and feature improvements.

·     Partner with Product Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

·     Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.

·     A degree in industrial engineering and management, computer science, or equivalent.

·     Strong English skills, as all PMs work with remote teams based in the UK and US and maintain close customer relationships.

·     Strong analytical skills, with advanced Excel and database querying proficiency.

·     Experience using tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for sprint planning and backlog management.

·     Passion to build things from the ground up.

·     Fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

·     Customer-centric mindset with the ability to identify pain points and translate them into impactful product features.
