Release 3.41.0

Goal-Driven Remediation Plans and Deeper Coworker Context

Coworker output often requires review and adjustment before it is ready for a client. This release gives Coworkers more context to work from, lets remediation plans target a specific posture score, and saves finished output directly to a client's Documents.

Tasks AI Coworkers

What’s in This Release

  • Remediation plans built to reach a target posture score, phased over time
  • More client context behind every Coworker, plus free-text context you supply
  • Dynamic question flows that ask follow-ups instead of guessing
  • One-click saving of any Coworker’s output to the client’s Documents

Goal-Driven Remediation Planning against a Target Score

The Remediation Coworker now builds a plan around a defined outcome rather than around whatever happens to be open. Set a target posture score, and it generates the plan to reach that score, shows the projected improvement as a percentage, and structures the work across short-, mid-, and long-term phases.

This came out of partner feedback, and it changes what the output is for. A flat task list is something your team works through internally. A plan with a stated target, a projected improvement, and phases is something you put in front of a client and track against over the following quarters. A defined target, projected improvement, and phased plan make remediation easier to use in client prioritization and investment conversations, which is what turns risk management from a report into a program.

Why this matters

Agreeing on a target score gives the remediation plan a measurable outcome that can support prioritization, budgeting, and progress tracking.

Deeper Client Context for Every Coworker

Every Coworker now reads more of what Cynomi already holds for a client. Alongside the data they used before, they take in the client’s company task notes, the security tools recorded as deployed, and the Risk Management assessment. This helps recommendations reflect the client’s actual environment, not only framework requirements.

You can also add your own context. Across the Remediation, Risk, and Findings Coworkers, a free-text field lets you tell the Coworker what you know before it generates anything, which the Policy Coworker already supported. You can also add account-specific context, such as business constraints, upcoming changes, or planned technology replacements, so it can inform the output.

Faster, More Guided Question Flows

The question flow in the Remediation, Risk, and Findings Coworkers is now dynamic. After you add context, a Coworker can ask follow-up questions where it needs more detail, rather than generating from an incomplete picture. The questions you get are the ones your answers made relevant.

The steps are also quicker to work through:

  • Each question and answer option can carry a short description explaining what it affects, so you are not guessing which choice changes what
  • Multi-select questions offer Select all
  • Optional questions can be skipped outright

Fewer clicks to a better-informed generation, and output that lands closer to the version a client sees.

Save Coworker Output Straight to Documents

Any Coworker’s output now saves directly to the client’s Documents at the click of a button. Plans, review reports, and policies land in the same repository as the rest of that client’s files, rather than being downloaded, renamed, and re-uploaded by whoever generated them.

For a team running several Coworkers across many clients, that keeps a single record of what was produced and delivered without anyone maintaining it by hand.

Also in This Release

  • Tasks in security program management now carry two dedicated fields, Instructions for how the work should be carried out and Comments for context and exceptions, replacing the single combined field. Existing content carries over into Instructions with no loss, and both fields are searchable from the tasks table
  • The Users table can be filtered by Client, so you can check account access and permissions for one account from a single view

What This Changes for Your Practice

Every change in this release pushes in the same direction. More of each client’s reality reaches the Coworker, and more of what the Coworker produces is ready to go straight to the client. The result is better-informed output, more relevant follow-up questions, measurable remediation targets, and deliverables saved with the client record. Across a portfolio, this makes CISO Intelligence easier to apply consistently across more client accounts.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is goal-driven remediation planning?

You set a target posture score and the Remediation Coworker generates a plan to reach it, shows the projected improvement as a percentage, and structures the work across short, mid, and long-term phases.

What extra client data do the Coworkers use now?

The client's company task notes, the security tools recorded as deployed, and the Risk Management assessment, in addition to the data they already drew on.

Can I give a Coworker context that is not in Cynomi?

Yes. The Remediation, Risk, and Findings Coworkers now accept your own context as free text before generation, which the Policy Coworker already supported.

What does a dynamic question flow do differently?

After you add context, the Coworker can ask follow-up questions where it needs more detail, rather than generating from an incomplete picture.

Where does Coworker output go now?

Straight to the client's Documents, in one click, so deliverables stay with the rest of that client's files instead of being re-uploaded separately.

What happened to the combined task guidance field?

It was split into Instructions, for how the work should be carried out, and Comments, for context and exceptions. Existing content carries over into Instructions with no loss, and both fields are searchable from the tasks table.
