How the Reports Coworker Works
Open the Reports Coworker inside a client from the AI Space, the Client Dashboard, or the report download options on the Compliance overview and Scans results pages. Start from a Security, Compliance, or Risk Findings report, or describe the report you need, such as an executive readout or a prospect teaser.
The Reports Coworker asks clarifying questions only when they improve the result, and you can skip them, change your request, or add context at any point. Before generating, it shows a short outline for you to confirm or adjust.
It then builds the report from the client’s Cynomi data, including posture, tasks, findings, risks, and compliance coverage, plus anything you added in the chat. If data is missing, it says so; if your input conflicts with platform data, it asks which to use. Charts such as spider charts and heat maps render as native report elements.
After generation, keep refining in the chat: rewrite or reorder sections, change the tone, translate the report, or step back to an earlier version. When it’s ready, export a branded PDF or save it to the client’s Documents.
This release also introduces MSP-level branding. A Service Provider Admin sets your logo, colors, and fonts once, and the Reports Coworker applies them to reports going forward. Next cycle, reuse the report to regenerate it against current data with the same structure, branding, and tone.
What the Reports Coworker Means for Your Practice
The Reports Coworker brings client report production inside Cynomi’s Security Growth Platform. vCISOs and analysts can build the deliverable where the client data already lives, reducing the repeated export, rebuild, rebrand, and layout cycle and giving experienced resources more time to interpret results and guide the client conversation.
Each report can be built for its audience. An executive readout, a compliance pack, and a prospect teaser each call for different structure, depth, and language, and stating the audience and purpose up front shapes all three.
As your client base grows, MSP-level branding and report reuse help keep deliverables consistent. Branding is set once at the service-provider level, and a recurring QBR or executive readout can be regenerated each cycle against current data while keeping its structure, branding, and tone. The report stays recognizable to the client, and the figures stay current.
The new Coworker Editor (MSP Only) role extends AI Coworkers to more of your team. It grants full Editor permissions plus access to the AI Space and Coworkers, so more of your MSP staff can produce client reports, while Service Provider Admins keep control of role assignment and branding changes.
