Office Hours are short technical sessions built for the people doing the work. Each one takes a single part of the platform, demos it properly, and then hands the floor over for real client scenarios and the edge cases a scripted demo never reaches.
The format
Forty-five minutes: 30 for the demonstration, 15 for open Q&A. We advertise the split because the Q&A is genuinely open, and the sessions work better when partners bring forward something they may be stuck on.
Register once
One registration puts you on the list for every session, so there is nothing to re-register for. Come to the ones that cover the work you are doing and encourage your team to join in. We will always send out a recording after and post it to our Partner Portal knowledge base.
